Center for Legislative Development Abuja (CELDA) is a non- Governmental and non- partisan organisation dedicated to the training
and development of democratic leaders, decision makers, legislators and

Center organizes seminars,exchange programmes,study visits and legislative
workshops for Nigerian lawmakers and leaders of democracy and Non Governemental Organizations in Nigeria
and Abroad.The staff and resource persons associated with the Center include former Legislators and specialists in public adminstration, public policy, decision making, political science, business administration,constitutional law and related deciplines in Nigeria and abroad.
